Planning
The first phase in our proprietary implementation methodology services calls for onsite planning. We establish specifications, project design — including components and base functionality of your customer communications management solution — and identify processes, project timeframes and milestones.
Resources
If hardware, software or other additional resources are required, we can assist in acquisition, installation and testing.
Migration
We identify and model all legacy corporate data sources in this phase, and migrate your old system forms and historical archives. This phase ends with a new library of normalized forms, with your business rules embedded, and a complete and accessible content archive.
Tailoring
We install all on demand customer communication management components, including set-up and testing of all applications, networks and required database components.
Execution
Personnel training is provided in conjunction with rollout of your on demand customer communications management solution into full production.
Evaluation
Follow-up evaluation is an essential part of Implement360. Importantly, we provide recommendations and suggestions for gaining additional economies and more operational efficiencies.
