Application examples include:

• Insurance Claims Example: a policyholder files a claim with their insurer; an image of the claim form is scanned into ImageNow and the data is entered into the claims management system; the ImageNow user initiates a workflow from ImageNow that transfers data to Napersoft CCM which generates a response letter to the policyholder; Napersoft CCM sends a copy to the printer for mailing to the policyholder, emails a copy to the agent, and sends a PDF copy of the letter back to ImageNow; ImageNow files and indexes the response letter with the original claim keeping the full communication history together in an ImageNow archive.

• Higher Education Admissions Example: a prospective student files an application with the university; the application is stored in ImageNow and missing information is noted; the ImageNow Server initiates a workflow to Napersoft CCM; Napersoft CCM reads the students record indicating the information that is missing; Napersoft CCM automatically generates a letter to the student indicating what information is missing, emails it to the student and sends a PDF copy of the letter to ImageNow; ImageNow stores the letter with the original application keeping the full communication history together in an ImageNow archive.
