Tom Grannan has more than sixteen years of extensive technical experience in the software and service industries. As chief architect for Napersoft, Tom solidified Napersoft's leading position in on demand customer communications management solution.

Prior to Napersoft, Tom was Lead Developer of Platinum Technology's Quick Copy product and a contributing associate on Platinum Technology's Log Analyzer.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.
