Michael J. D'Onofrio
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mike D'Onofrio has more than twenty years of experience in finance and operations.

Prior to Napersoft, Mike was Vice President and Treasurer of CCC Information Services Group, a leading supplier of software solutions to the automobile claims industry. In that capacity Mike helped raise $80 million through a private recapitalization and assisted with CCC's successful 1996 initial public offering.

Mike also served as Manager of the Health and Welfare Group for Central States Pension Health and Welfare Funds and was an Audit Supervisor for Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) where he specialized in the financial services industry.

He received his Bachelor of Science in commerce and his MBA from DePaul University, Chicago, IL.
